We use your information to: determine your eligibility for program services; match you with authorized service partners; schedule and track service delivery; report aggregate (non-identifying) program outcomes to funders including the City of Tucson, HUD, DOE, and other federal/state agencies; and comply with program reporting requirements.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

Right to access: You may request a copy of your personal information held by SRT.
Right to correction: You may request correction of inaccurate information.
Right to withdrawal: You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal may affect your ability to receive services.
Right to deletion: You may request deletion of your records subject to legal retention requirements.
Public records: As a City-affiliated program, SRT records may be subject to public records requests under ARS Title 39. Individual PII is protected under ARS 39-123.

SRT implements technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information including: HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, session authentication with automatic timeout, CSRF protection, and activity audit logging. The platform is currently hosted on a development environment and will be migrated to City-approved infrastructure prior to full program launch.
SRT uses only essential session cookies required for form functionality and login. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the program evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
