What we collect: Name, address, phone, email, income information, and utility usage data to assess your eligibility for solar readiness, weatherization, and home repair services.

How we use it: To determine program eligibility, match you with authorized service partners, and report aggregate (non-identifying) outcomes to program funders including the City of Tucson and federal/state agencies.

Who we share it with: Only SRT-authorized service partners (e.g. repair contractors, weatherization agencies) necessary to deliver services you requested. We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers.

How long we keep it: Program records are retained for up to 5 years after program completion in accordance with Arizona public records law (ARS 41-151).

Your rights: You may withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or request deletion by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to receive services.
